We'll be spending the 4th of July weekend as I have just about every one my entire life. My Dad is a Lion's Club member and they have a carnival every year which I have attended and worked since an infant. Yes, for 3 days each year I am a carni worker. We used to run the cat doll stand and we would dodge baseballs thrown by wild drunk men trying to impress their girlfriends. My parents now work the steak sandwich booth which is just as sweaty but not as dangerous.
There will be fireworks and funnel cakes and fun filled late nights for the kids. We're bringing Anh and I'm sure she will have a blast playing with the girls and riding the rides.
